PUR Laminating Line for MDF Board


  • 1300mm PUR laminating line | CLM.1300.P is the ideal lamination machine for lamination of panels up to 1300mm width for wood, MDF, aluminum with roll in sheet or in rolls such as PVC, CPL, PET, PETG, or paper foils.

  • 1300mm flat laminating width, suitable for 4ft wide sheets.

  • The PUR hot melt adhesive is applied to the sheet in a stable and flat manner by means of roller coating, combined with a custom-made ceramic press roller to increase the flatness of the adhesive.

  • Equipped with a large 320mm diameter press roll to improve the stability of the flat lamination and to avoid the formation of embossing patterns.

1. Double-Sided Vacuum Brush Cleaning System


This cleaning system effectively cleans the board from all directions, avoiding potential defects caused by dust or debris.

NOTE: Compressed air cleaning is optional.

pressing force applied to the materials evenly.
